Your personal training session is guaranteed to be completely private and personal, meaning only you and your trainer will be present.  In fact, nowhere else in Sudbury will you find a team more dedicated to keeping you motivated to achieve and exceed your goals. Our trainers ensure that each session is designed for you by us, custom built to meet your specific needs, level of fitness and expectations.

Our award- winning trainers will provide you with one-on-one or shared sessions that fit your schedule. Morning, noon or night – we know you’re busy and we’re here to help you to be your best when it works for you.
